Meeting Location

Unless otherwise specifically mentioned, meetings are normally held on the second Tuesday of every month at the HESS building. Our meeting room is usually downstairs from the street level.

Meeting Information

The section meetings begin with a social hour starting at 5:30 PM to 6:15 PM. Dinner is served from 6:15 to 7:00. The presentation is from 7:00 to 8:00 PM.
Meeting adjourns at 8:00. The cover charge is $35 per person paid in cash, by check, or our new PayPal system below. Reservations must be made before noon the Monday before the meeting so we can get an accurate headcount for catering and seating.
